Before such an action is brought it Will bo necessary to know the names of the Indiana•'• owning the allotted lands through •which these canals arobeing .constructed, "with a particular description of the amount of land and the legal subdivisions through Aiich the canals are being constructed; also a description of the grazing lands. I have written to the Clerk of the pourth Judicial District. t vernal, Utah, to-day to ascertain whether any action has been Yf'-.n.-ht by the Dry Gulch Irrigation Company, or the Whiterocks Irrigation Company to condemn a right-of-way through the Indian U.S. Attorney. |
