C Sir: Referring to your letter, Land 18223, 1903, I enclose herewith for your information, a letter from the Rt. Rev. Abiel Leonard Bishcp of Utah in relation to the land to be set apart for a hospital. I find that most of the material is on the ground and arrangements made to "begin work. The hospital will be of great beniflt to the Indians and as there is no place nearer than the post of Fort Duchesne, where emergency cases can ba treated, it will also doubtless prove of great benifit to the Agency in times of need. I reconanend that^the land be set apart to "The Corporation of the Episcopal Church in Utah". Very respectfully, y' y// AZz . ' zz . ~~ i yyy --.. - z.... -^-/ Captain 7th., Cavalry.
