Show I -9- effact of the lease were explained to and fully understood by the delegation who executed the same for the lessor, and that said lease was signed and sealed in my presence and is in every respect free from fraud or deception, and that I am in no respect interested in said lease, iydtyiYt^ U. In consideration of the letting of the premises described in the foregoing indenture of lease and of the sum of one dollar to each of us in hand paid, the receipt whereoi is hereby acknowledged, we the undersigned of in the county of State of hereby become sureties for the punctual payment of all the rents and royalties and the performance of all the covenants and agreements in the above indenture of lease, to be paid and performed by - ,party of the second part named therein, and if any default shall be made therein Ave do hereby promise and agree to pay on demand unto the above named lessor such sum or sums of money as will be sufficient to make up such deficiency and fully satisfy all. the conditions covenants, and agreements containe in said lease of indenture, without requiring any notice of nonpayment or proof of demand being made. And we do hereby bind 'ourselves, our heirs, executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. |
