Armstrong for the quarter ending March 31st current year; also my own abstracts, accounts Current, and vouchers for this Quarter, and the quarter ending December 31st 1855. The Reports*accompanying papers of the Agents for the Quarter ending Dec. 31st 1855 were forwarded, via, the California mail on the 1st of February Ultimo. Irregularity of mails, causes great difficulty in the transaction of all our business with the Government, as well as otherwise. We have not received an Eastern mail since the 26th of last November, which brought nothing |
