Abstract |
We report a 13-year-old girl with recurrent paroxysmal superior division oculomotor palsy as a manifestation of ophthalmoplegic migraine. Neurodiagnostic tests (including head computed tomography scan, cerebral angiography, and Tensilon tests) were normal. This case demonstrates that ophthalmoplegic migraine may selectively affect superior division fibers of the oculomotor nerve. |
