Pleasant City Councilman (435-462-2456 ext 104) Jim Noorlander, Contractor (435-427-3711) Karl Jacobson, CKR Engineers Dear Monte: At the request of Jim Noorlander, we observed the referenced building to evaluate the impact of the recent remodel to the existing structure. LIMITATION: As requested, we observed the areas recently remodeled in the referenced building. The purpose of this report is to document our observations of the existing visible stmctural conditions of the building. It does not constitute a limited hazard assessment of the building and contents as would be accomplished by completing the appropriate Tier 1 preliminary screening checklists in accordance with ASCE 31-03 - Seismic Evaluation of Existing Buildings. A full Tier 3 seismic evaluation of this building and associated systems using the method prescribed by ASCE-31 is beyond the scope of this report. 1295 N.
