Show Progress Report Describe the status of research projects. II. Annual Report Outline Section 1. Operations A. General - Describe the character of the winter as a whole. B. Weather, Snow, Avalanches - Give a short month by month account of the progress of the winter. Note the developments of particular interest and refer to any special reports. C. Conclusion and Recommendations - Sum up the accomplishments of the winter and make recommendations for operations next season. Section 2. Administrative Give brief reports on the following headings, and any others not mentioned which may apply: Use, Special Use Permits, Private Operators, Snow Removal, Snow Safety Regulations ( observance), Competitions, First Aid, Weather Forecasts, Cooperation ( with agencies such as Highway Department, Highway Patrol, etc.).
