Show PHOTO 3. FLAME SHAPE AT 30% PHOTO 4. FLAME SHAPE AT 30% LOAD WITH 0:=2.4% LOAD WITH 0:=6.2% 2) Flame stability With this equipment, stability of cyclonic combustion flame is considered to be achieved by the following three factors : © Continuously heating the blow out area of a main nozzle by using an auxiliary nozzle. © Feeding uniformly premixed gas and air mixture (3) Internal recirculation of combustion products 3-2. Distribution of temperature, NOx and CO in the furnace * N O x data are corrected to O 2=0%. l) Distribution of temperature in the furnace Figure 5 shows the temperature distribution at the rated combustion with O 2 =3.7%. Figure 6 shows temperature distribution at 3 0 % loaded combustion with O 2 =2.4% and 6.2%, respectively. The measuring point A was at 135 downstream in blow-out direction of the main nozzle while the measuring point C was at 850 m m downstream in axial direction. The measuring point D was at 1375 m m downstream. In all the cases, the measurement was made from the furnace wall toward the furnace center. ® Rated combustion (Figure 5) The maximum temperature at the rated combustion was 1299 °C at 40 m m position in the furnace. The temperature became lower toward the furnace center, which was 1080 °C at the center. At the measuring points C and D, the maximum temperature decreased as it got farther in downstream. However, toward the center of the furnace, the temperature showed almost the same distribution tendency at all the measuring points A, C and D. (2) 30% load combustion (Figure 6) -6- |
