Show United States Department of the interior National Park Service National Register of Historic Places Continuation Sheet Section No. 8 Page 3 Christensen, Carl F, and Sophia, House, Richmond, Cache County, UT Lillian Viola Christensen was born in Richmond on May 25, 1902. She married Thomas Ray Bell on April 3, 1929. He was born on February 26, 1889 in Richmond. The couple had two sons and a daughter. Ray was a farmer, Lillian and Ray sold the property in 1944 and moved to 1 ,ogan. Thomas Ray Bell died there on August 28, 1952. Lillian C. Bell died in Logan on August 29, 1968. The house and property was sold to Chester Bartlett Tripp and his second wife, Mary. Chester Bartlett Tripp was born in Richmond on November 1, 1892. He married Mary Neorna Mathews in 1931. After Chester's death in 1967, Mary Tripp married J. Floyd Knudsen. Mary and Floyd sold the property to the current owners, George and Barbara Stewart, in 1975. The Stcwarts maintain the house as a rental property. |
