NOW HEREFORE: 8:33. resolved by the Board of Regents of the University or (1) That the agreement attached hereto between the United States of America and y the University of Utah Board of Regents of Salt Lake City, Utah be and the same is hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance, that the Chairman ‘ of the Board of Regents be and. he is hereby authorized and directed to execute nine copies of such agreement in the name of the University of Utah Board of Regents of Salt lake City, Utah and that the Secretary of the Board be and he is hereby authorized and directed to impress the corporate seal of the University of Utah Board of Regents of Salt Lake City, Utah on each thereof and attest the met (2) That the. Secretary of the Board be and he is hereby authorized and directed to forward forthwith said nine cepies of said agreement as so executed together with five certified copies of extracts frm the minutes of this meeting showing the adoption and containing this resolution to the regional office of the Federal Public Housing Authority. i .
