After careful consideration or your reducst that we , .es‘sist you in finding specialists of the kind mentioned, ., and then utilizing them as instructors at the University during the time in which their services are not réquired by St. Benedict's Hospital , I can see no reason why we should not cooperate with you. By means or a cepy of this letter to Doctors Lerner and Gunn, I am authorizing them to consult with you in finding suitable men. It is my understanding that the heads of the departments. of Radiology and Pathology at the University. of Utah Medical School will not be involved in the work at St. 7 Benedict's Hospital and will not receive‘any‘coneidera- "'tion or services from your institution.
