[:iea'and Gentlemen:_ «four Finance Committee begs leave to report as follows: .; we have-examined the Vouchers 10s. 77091 to 77994, also JjV405« to 77561, inclusive, all drawn for April 1930 accounts, ‘iflounting to $40,408. 50, and find them supported by proper bills, the receipt of goods duly checked by the heads of departments and ~ "their correctness certified to by the Secretary 1?.nd approved by the President, and we recommend that they be approved for payment.
