'Ladies.ana Gentlemen: Your Finance Committee begs leave to report as followszr We have examined the vouchers Hes. 75652 to 75767, inclusive, ail drawn for August 1929 accounts, amounting to 251,926.15, and find them supported by proper bills, the receipt of goods duly jfid by heads of éepartments and their correctness certified to by the Secretary and approved by the President, and we recomaenl that they be approved for payment. .
