Show 16 FAITH AND CREDULITY. <br><br> and a robber. I am the door; by me if any man enter in he shall be saved." John 10:I-9. <br> Christ said again: "For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost." Matt. 18:II. His purpose was foretold seven hundred years before that time, Isaiah 53; and he affirms, "I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do." John 17:I-4. And in the last revelation of God to man, of which Genesis was the beginning, came the terrible words, which, like true and sleepless sentinels, keep watch and ward over the Word of God: "For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, if any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book."
