Sweazey,
Collegiate Institute,
Salt Lake City, Utah.

My dear Mr. Sweazey:-
When we received your repair expense account amounting to $94.75, we supposed that this was a final accounting; otherwise we should not have requested you to transfer the $5.25 to the current expense account. Yours of the 24th inst. just received, together with requisition for $130.25, puts an entirely different light upon the matter and I must ask that you return the $5.25 to the repair account.
I enclose herewith check to your order for $125.00, the balance due you on repairs under the Board's grant, making a total of $130.25 available. I am sorry to trouble you with this, but the repair account should not have been rendered until all repairs had been completed, when one account, covering the entire $225.00, should have been sent.

Yours very truly,
H. C. Olin
Treasurer.

(Enclosure)
Dict. W.B.A.

|
