Show THE CHURCH REVIEW. <br><br> Territorial S. S. Association, <br> The officers of the Territorial S. S. Association take pleasure in giving to the Sunday school workers the second paper. Last week we printed Mr. Weir's paper, "Business Methods in Sunday School Work." This week's paper is by Rev. Mr. Clay, subject, "Sunday School Rallies:" <br> Your speaker considers himself fortunate in addressing such an audience on this subject, an audience that needs not a single proof to convince them of the wisdom and righteousness of the Sunday school work. No people know better the importance of this work than the evangelical churches of Utah. They fully appreciate the wisdom, love and scope of the great Commission of our common Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when he said "go teach all nations." Coming in contact with a peculiar form of civilization, as we have done, in which nearly every adult is a bigot, we see the necessity of cultivating the childish heart and mind, and of planting therein |
