Show THE CHURCH REVIEW. <br><br> BUSINESS METHODS IN SUNDAY SCHOOL WORK. <br> It is worthy of note how much we all carry our worldly methods into our Christian work-including the Sunday school. And as the world is imitating and envying those who seem successful so in the Sunday school, we keep trying new methods and imitating those whom we consider more successful. The Sunday schools of the land have had a wonderful growth and have accomplished great good. As we find methods to condemn and others to commend in business life, so it is in Sunday school work. On the whole the methods of Sunday school work are improving. While we believe those engaged in this work show great devotion and self-sacrifice, and while the methods employed are improving, still it may not be unprofitable to note some unworthy methods occasionally found, before making our model. <br> The Wrecking Method.-This is a system in business, the aim of which is to build up business or monopoly by destroying or ruining al |
