Image of Kaleidoscopic quilt created in 1920-1930 by Cora Williams Coltharp. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Gerald Coltharp as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. When she made quilts from old pants, She would cut at the seam and tear the material down the seams this way it would tear straight. She would then sew them end to end and then cut them the desired length. |
