Show UQG Heritage, Form B, page 5 ASSESSMENT OF QUILT - REMEMBER . . . Most quilts made ~vi th care ro~ould be considered "average." An "average" quilt would be one made by a careful, thoughtful quilter in any time period. To be rated "abov·e average'' the quilt must show increasing skill in color and design, construction, and quilting.
