Image of Crazy Patch Doll framed picture quilt created in 1855-1860 by Unknown quilter. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Jeneal R. Tribe Ellis as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. Doll quilt was from to Jeneal when she started her Doll hospital in Ogden, Utah. She later moved to Logan & established the hospital. The quilt has always on display among Jeneals antique doll collection. The quilt was over 100 years old when presented to Jeneal, along with 5 antique dolls also from Vivian. Vivian had this quilt as a child. They probably belonged to her mother. |
