Show UQG Heritage, Form B, page 5 ASSESSMENT OF QUILT REMEMBER . . . Most quilts made with care would be considered "average. " An "average" quilt would be one made by a careful, thoughtful quilter in any time period. To be rated "above average" the quilt must show increasing skill in color and design, construction, and quilting. The highest rating on the scale (10) would be equivalent to a "best of show" or "grand prize. " JUDGE THE QUILT ON WHAT YOU HAVE DISCOVERED ABOUT IT AS YOU HAVE COMPLETED THESE PAGES.
