Image of Wild Goose Chase quilt created in 1900-1910 by Cora Bette Pierson Anderson. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Cora Bette Pierson Anderson as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. She made quilts out of necessity to keep herself busy and socializing. Cora used kerosene lamps to work by at night. There was no electricity or radio in the area where they lived until 1947. Cora died in 1939. |
