Show KITTY NAKAGAWA, MAR! EIJIMA, JEAN KARIYA #2 case] ST: Oh, that is beautiful JK: Do you know what I have? KN: --with little yarn going through for the thongs. ST: Oh, that is beautiful. JK: Sea shells, flowers and things. ST: I have never seen anything like that. KN: I haven't either. JK: Oh, you haven't. KN: It is so charming. JK: So like we say that there is always a negative and a positive. As I was telling you at dinnertime my husband and I learned from camp life that the best thing we could teach our children is to become survivors. We gave our children good health and good education which no one can take away. ST: Oh, yes, yeah, yeah. Did you get married after you came back from Japan, then? JK: Oh, yes, I met Shig in New York. KN: Happy anniversary. JK: I just told Shig, I said, "Scott just called to wish us a happy anniversary." I said, "Why today?" Thirtyfour years ago, we had forgotten. ME: And it is today.
