Description |
Dr Caine received his B.S. and M.D. degrees from the University of Utah. He then received sub-specialty training in internal medicine and cardiology at the University of Wisconsin. In the past he has served as the founding Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine, President of the University of Utah Medical Staff, and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the College of Medicine. He is a former President of the University of Utah School of Medicine Alumni Board and former Member of the University of Utah Hospital Foundation Board. He is a Fellow in the American College of Physicians and currently serves as a member of the steering committee of the Utah Chapter. He is also a member of the Salt Lake County Medical Society, the Utah Medical Association, and the American College of Cardiology. Dr Caine retired in 2014. Dr Caine is Emeritus Professor of Internal Medicine. Dr Caine died in 2018. |
