Description |
Dr Caine was born in Pocatello, Idaho in 1931. Dr Caine received his B.S. in Economics in 1953 and M.D. degree in 1963 from the University of Utah. He then received sub-specialty training in internal medicine and cardiology at the University of Wisconsin. Dr Caine served as the founding Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine, President of the University of Utah Medical Staff, and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs in the College of Medicine. Dr Caine was President of the University of Utah School of Medicine Alumni Board and member of the University of Utah Hospital Foundation Board. Dr Caine was a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr Caine died in 2018. |
