Show 12 <br> THE CHURCH REVIEW. <br><br> In the last issue of THE CHURCH REVIEW I fell upon the following item: <br> Our evangelistic work at the fort is done for the time being, as they have a chaplain now. This work has been very pleasant and very much appreciated by the Christian soldiers. We almost regret that there is no longer any need of it. <br> I read this with keen interest, and was both glad and sorry. Glad that the good ladies were interested in the soldiers work, and sorry they hade dropped their efforts because a chaplain had been assigned to the Post. Let me say to these women-do not slack your efforts-push ahead, there is room and work enough for us all and I will with greatest pleasure back your labor. Give us your help in this good work of temperance and morality. Very cordially, <br> D. R.
