And be it further enacted, That all JUdgments gtven 1n any CIVIl suit shall be subject to appeal to his Majesty in Council, in like n1ann~r as in other cases in his l\1ajesty's province of Upper Cr:nada, . and also 1n any case in which the right or title to any land sha~l be. 1n q~estwn. .
