I am wondering if any of you have even as much as considered me as a friend to bid farewell greetings to. Considering, I believe you have, and I feel happy for it. At any rate I wish you all a very happy vacation and success in our summer's work. Some of you I will probably never hear of again, as you will have passed out of this school by the time I awake next fall-if I do awake-but, most of you I hope to hear from next year as I believe most of you will be coming back, and I have hopes that you will awake me so that I can be with you, because I liKe to be among you and I wish to be of some value to the school. After this issue I will fall into a deep deep and sleep all through the beautiful summer, how sad that seems. However, it will be only a nice rest unless the sleep lasts too long, because some one had been neglectful and forgot to wake me when school begins next September. It will only be through your efforts that I ever will be awakened to be read and. conversed about in the Delta High School. This does not worry me because I feel that 1 will be awakened in the fall by an enthusiastic editorial staff, and the backing of two-hundred students that will make me better and bigger than I ever have been. I am going to sleep and dream of M 0 "D" E L the Delta High School's growth and achievements. ..These will keep me very happy and restful all during the summer. Therefore, t wish you all a v*»ry h^nny and fruitful vacation. Good-bye. Mo-D-eL.
