Sweazy [sic], <br> Salt Lake City, Utah. <br><br> Dear Mr. Sweazy [sic]: <br><br> I have been having my eyes open for the right kind of a man for you ever since receiving your first letter. I think, on looking the ground over from all points of view, that Mr. W. W. McKirahan, New Concord, Ohio, fits the place the best of any one. To begin with, he is a man of standard character, so far as we can ascertain. In the second place he is a man of good physical qualities, of good size, athletic in his make-up, and would in all human probability get along well with his boys. Furthermore, he covers the ground pretty well, and would have ample time to fit himself advantageously for the work during the summer in any respects in which he might not feel thoroughly prepared.
