Description Presenting Symptom: Hemorrhagic retinopathy. Pathology: Hemorrhage. Clinical: Leukemia is often associated with a hemorrhagic retinopathy or optic neuropathy which on histopathologic examination proves to be tumor nodules. The patient was a 56-year old male who had acute myelogenous leukemia. The fundi showed hemorrhagic and (presumably) leukemic infiltration of both discs. Disease/ Diagnosis: Myelocytic leukemia
