Description Presenting Symptom: Angioid streaks. Pathology: Sarcoma. Clinical: The patient was a 53-year old male with generalized Paget's disease and osteogenic sarcoma of the jaw and pelvis. He had no visual complaint, but both fundi showed angioid streaks. These consisted of radiating dark lines extending from the disc, associated with paralinear attenuation of the pigment epithelium. They tend to form a circumferential pattern immediately around the disc. Disease/ Diagnosis: Paget Disease
