Description Presenting Symptom: Angina; Dizziness. Pathology: Atherosclerotic plaque. Clinical: A 55-year old male with normal blood pressure had symptoms of angina and dizziness. The fundus of the left eye showed a plaque of the inferior temporal vessels at a secondary bifurcation. The retinal vessels were of normal caliber and showed no other abnormality. Disease/ Diagnosis: Atherosclerotic plaque within cilioretinal artery
