| Title | International Law: Where Have We Been; Where Are We Going? |
| Date | 2009-07-13 |
| Description | International law, much like the law of nation-states, is in a state of flux. There is great unceraintly regarding its applicability in what I (and others) refer to as the post-9/11 world. Needless to say, not all agree with me that the world significantly changed that Tuesday morning. They suggest that the Bush Administration response is best defined as a massive over-reaction, and that history witll show the attackes to be no more than a blip on history's pages. |
