I liave been fearful Inst their continued use of water from tliat ditch.might enable them to make final proof which might prove to be a eericns nmbnrrannmsnt to us in the future. I would suggest that if the Irrigation Department of the Office arrives at a sonolueicn regarding the further use of water that the Uintah Irrigation survey be adM.se.dL of that conclusion, I am sending these forms with the request that the Office advise me as to whet action is proper in the premises and I will be governed accordingly, Judging from theis letters the u.s.
