Show decree, that the United States of America has heretofore constructed , And tho re now extends o^or tho oourso hereinafter aosoribed in Wasatch County, State of Utah, a onnal known as Canal No. 1, which said canal was constructed for tho purpose of conveying water from tho sources hereinafter described to and upon lands allotted to Indians of the former Uintah Reservation, and the said oanal ia so constructed that the same may bo enlarged an provided by the laws of the State of Utah, and increased in its carrying capacity without material detriment or injury to said canal, or interference with its use for the purpose of its original construction. 2nd. That the plaintiff herein is tho owner of 260 cubic foot of water per second of time, with the right to use the same for irrigation and doraostio purposes, whioh water Is a part of tho waters of Uintah River, Uintah County, State of Utah, whioh oan be conveyed through the said canal to the lands of the plaintiff's stockholders for thoir use noon their several lands for irrigation and domestic purposes, and the plaintiff and its stockholder*, have no other means or way for conveying said waters to their said lands for such purpose, except to enlarge the said onnal to such extent as will enable them to convey waters therethrough in addition to the waters running therein ownod by the said Indians. 3rd'. N. of center of S.W./4, Soc. 34 aforesaid, and'running thence S/ 71° W 300 ft; S. Gl6 W.800 ft; S. 07° IB' W 1000 60u 15' W.
