Dr Holmstrom was born in 1911. Dr. Holmstrom received his M.D. from the University of Minnesota in 1938. He was a resident at the University of Minnesota from 1941-1942. Dr Holmstrom was Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Utah from 1943-1944 and named Associate Professor, 1944. Dr Holmstrom served as Chair of the Department Obstetrics and Gynecology from 1947 until his departure in 1958 to become department head at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles. Dr Holmstrom died in 1974. |
