Image of Four Patch quilt created in1840-1850 by Isabell Wilgus Pate Kelly. Also includes questionnaires describing the quilt completed by Tereas Phillips as part of the Utah Quilt Guild's documentation days held from 1988-1994. This top is similar to one made and given to Jessie Fuller when she married Francis Fenster maker in 1925. That quilt was donated to the Cassia County Historical Society in 1986. This unfinished top was probably given to Jessie in 1945 when her grandmother passed away. |
