This flag replicates the Sons of Liberty Flag used in the early days of the American Revolutionary War with 9 alternating red and white vertical stripes (thus paying homage to our founding fathers and invokes memories of our nations struggle for independence). There is a blue field in the upper left hand corner of the flag with a white/yellow beehive. The beehive is a widely known symbol for Utah, invoking memories of the state's founding as Deseret. |
