She addressed me as Wanrodes and I aoked her how she knew me. She said that she had seen me at Sprlnville, Utah when she was a girl. Then I knew her as the child who had boon given away to the white people. Q. Did Mrs. Rlohardson attempt at that time to become a member of the tribe ? A. She told me at that time that she would like to become enrolled, but they did not take any action on it at that time. Q. Do you believe that she ought to be enrolled hers add receive an ' allotment and be entitled to share in annuity payments- in other word to reoelve all the benefits of a member of the Uintah band of Utes of thie reservation ?
