Superintendent<br> 156 Fifth Avenue <br> New York<br><br> February 16th, 1906. <br><br> Dear Friend:-- <br><br> We have sent you through the mail the Annual Report blanks. Enclosed with each blank are instructions for compiling the same, which I trust you will carefully observe. <br><br> The reports are to be made out and forwarded not earlier than March 15th and not later than March 18th, 1906. I give you timely notice, so that you may be prepared, when the blanks are received, to fill out the same. <br><br> Should the blanks fail to reach you by March 1st, notify me at once, and duplicates will be sent you. <br><br> Enclosed herewith are copies of a circular letter and renewal slips. Please see that one of each is in the hands of every worker under appointment by our Board in the mission school under your charge. Please emphasize, also, the necessity of promptness. <br><br> Cordially yours, <br><br> Robert M. Craig. <br><br> |
