Description Transcript (typescript, 97 pages) of an interview with Yukus Yukiyoshi Inouye, a Japanese-American living in Utah in 1987. Mr. Inouye (b. 1916) discusses the immigration experience of family members, work, Japanese business in Salt Lake City, the family farm, including trucking produce from Salt Lake to Nevada, moving to Highland, Utah County during World War II, and his activity in the community. He also gives his impressions of ethnic relations in northern Utah
