Elder Wm. Prestwick · lV.ioroni, Utah Dear Brother, Chattanooga, 'l'ennessee April 22, 1886 Your letter of the 15th inst. received on my arrival here on the 19th and while we regretted to learn of the serious illness of Elder harmer , we were pleased to learn that you found friends here and were enabled to go on your way . Under existing circumstances, it would doubtless be prudent for you to remain at home until such time in the future as t h e Lord may put it into the minds of the Brethren of the Authorities to again call you into active service. Your course in caring for Elder Harmer and seeing him safely home was entirely correct and meets our hearty approval . We have entered your name as being honorably released from further missionary duty in this lliission for the present . Please to report your return in person or by letter to the Historians Office at Salt Lake City. We enclose you an account of expenses paid. Please to remember me to Elder Jolley and with best wiShes and kind regards I remain your Brother in the G-ospel, John 1organ |
