Peb . 12, 1891 He arrived at Salt Lake · City at 1:50 a . m. and found hi s folks aLL well . he was busy during the day looking after his affairs . He also worked on the building . He attended Counci 1 meeting at 11:00 a . m. Present were Jacob Gates , s. B. ·young , C. D. B'elsted, B. H. Roberts, and George Reynolds . A number of letters were read and names sent to the Presidency for missionaries . Feb . 13, 1891 tie worked on the building . The weather was quite mild • . I e called on President Woodruff and his counsellors and discussed affairs ·in Colorado with them . Feb . 14, 1891 He worked on the building . In the evening he paid the men who. had worked for him . · Feb . 15, 1891 During the moPning he was at h ome . At 2 : 00 p . m. he attended meeting at the Fourteenth Ward ·where he heard C. w. Penpose speak . Feb . 16, 1891 He woPked on the building today . The weather was mild and pleasant until evening when a terrible wind and snow storm came from the northwest filled with alkali dust from the lake .
