Show NOTICE TO STOCKHOLDERS. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A special meeting of the stockholders of Cooperative Wagon & Machine Oo., will be held at the Company's ofuce, 138 So. State St., Salt Lake City, Utah, on Monday, May 6th, 1901, at 3 o'clock p. m. The purposes of said meeting are to amend for the third time, Articl6 7 of the Articles of Incorporation of said Oomnany, permitting and authorizing an increase in the numoer of shares from :3,000 to 5,000. and the capital stock from $300,000 to $500,000, and to transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.
