Atiya expresses his appreciation and gratitude for the Middle East Library being named after him. 2. One-page typed letter, dated July 2, 1965, from Aziz Atiya to Perry M. Sorensen, secretary, Board of Regents, stating that a shipment of books is on its way from Egypt, and requesting a written statement from the Board of Regents that the books are the property of the Univ. of Utah, intended for educations purposes only; this to facilitate their passage through U.S. Customs. 3. One-page typed document, undated, a draft of the above mentioned statement written by Atiya. 4. One-page typed document of Board of Regents letterhead, dated July 19, 1965, being an official copy of the above mentioned document, signed by Perry D. Sorensen. 5. One-page typed letter from Sorensen to Atiya, dated July 19, 1965, discussing the above document |
