Show If you can spare a few moments, sit back and enjoy yourself while we take you on a personally guided tour of our University, and tell you of ten thousand college youths who have spent nine months taking lecture notes, losing sleep over term papers, filling the fieldhouse with their cheers, dancing at proms, and painting the U, as well as the multitudes of other phases which fuse to form OuSi Qte.ate.>i wttUteJlAVUi writing our history of the future. In our presentation we bring you three views . . . <Jlte> P&04lle> will bring to you the Seniors, burdened with term papers, seminars, and study for comprehensives; the Juniors, making attempts to settle on a major and thoroughly enjoying the thought that they are to be next year's seniors; next we come to the Sophomores, whose earnest duty is to protect the Rostrum and keep the Freshmen in line, they are the Spurs and I.K.'s, and are earnestly attempting to complete their lower division requirements, catching up on Health Education and English 3; and concluding the Section are the Freshmen, attempting to make the adjustment from High School, sincere and eager about all of the activities of the school, still fresh from the placement exams, and getting acquainted with the deans' team the hard way. They are the life blood of the sororities and fraternities and it is they who are just learning what it means to be a Utah Man. tli&iA* d-lffi* includes the campus royalty and the events over which they reign, championship athletic squads, the military and naval science departments, the presentations which have helped to make our drama department one of the most famous in the nation, the rapidly growing department of music, the publications where aspiring journalists give vent to their talents, and all of the other details which interlock to form our University life. llteisi idJosilal adds the religious groups with their newly formed Inter Faith Council, Institute Classes and conjoint parties; the Honorary Organizations, the activity people and the scholarship people; and finally the Social Organizations, with their Monday night meetings, rushing and pin hangings, complete the picture of "Our Greater University," writing our history of the future.
