Description As a fraction of bonds p is removed from a lattice, we find a threshold PQ above which all eigenstates are nonpropagating (Anderson localized). This occurs well before the classical percolation threshold. For example, in two dimensions where the classical threshold is pc = 1/2 , we find PQ = 0.
