Sirs; '•Ye, ihe Undersigned aoadmen of the Uintah, Uncompahgre and fThitcriver bands of Ute Indians residing on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation in Utah, met in council today and it aaa unanimously decided that 779 request you to appl? ^0 the Secretary of ths Interior at the very earliest opportunity for pormiasicn to visit this reservation for tho purpose of negotiating an attorney's contract or agreement vjith us to enable you to properly prosont our claims before the Court of Claims. Bonnin, 3ho is associated with your fir:a, and we 77QU1& he pleased to have hia delegated to meet -Ejith us,' if possibla, to look into our legal affairs which we wish to hava settled.
