MADE and which PILING E7PIPBS IN 1919; SECOIID, That a ditch be inrneidately constructed by means of which we may irrigate our allotments lying along the 'WHITE RIVER; THIRD, that the expense of this be made rc-imbursable just as has all irrigation work heretofore done on this r>oc;yrva.cion!
