There i3 now pending before Congress an estimate of this Department for $3,505,257.19 to pay the judgment rendered by the Court of Claims in favor of the Confederated Sand of Ute Indians dated February 1.3, 1911, pursuant to the provisions of the jurisdictional Act of March 3, 1909, (35 Stat.
